QSAAA Taper Drill Rods

Brief introduction

Raw materials: We use 55SiMnMo alloy steel. Firstly, a large cross-section steel billet of 320480 is produced through continuous casting process. Then, after inserting the core rod and seamless steel pipe, it is rolled into a square steel billet of 150150.

Production process: The production process involves multiple stages, including steel billet rolling, forging, normalizing, quenching, and tempering processes.

Brands: We offer drill rods from brands such as QSAAA, QSAA, GTIII, and G30.

Rod size: The diameter and length of the drill rod are available in various specifications, including H22108mm, H25108mm, and H25 * 159mm.

Angle: There are three types of drill pipe angles designed: 7 degrees, 11 degrees, and 12 degrees.

Packaging: The product packaging is divided into two types: small bundle and large bundle. The small bundle contains 5 pieces, while the large bundle contains 50 or 100 pieces.

Quality level

We provide four different quality levels of products according to customer needs, namely A level, B level, C level, and D level. Customers can choose suitable drill rods based on rocks with different hardness and the type of rock drilling tools. According to the Protodikonov rock hardness coefficient, A-grade drill rods QSAAA and GTIII are suitable for hard rocks with a hardness level of III or above (f ≥ 12); B-grade drill rods QSAA and G30 are suitable for rocks with a hardness level of IV or above and f ≥ 12; C-grade and D-grade drill rods are suitable for rocks with a hardness level of IV or below and f ≤ 8.
