reason:
Wind pressure reduction (air leakage, multiple machines, high pipeline resistance)
Rock drilling machine leaks air
Excessive axial thrust
The air holes in the parts are blocked, and the components such as the air flap and cylinder are worn out
Exclusion method:
Ensure sufficient pressure, block air leaks in pipelines, reduce the number of pipes and bend resistance
Eliminate air leakage at the wind rope joint, install a pressure gauge to test the wind pressure
Adjust the angle of the air leg and the intake air volume

2. The rock drill does not move or the cylinder heats up
reason:
There is dirt stuck in the air flap or other rotating parts
Piston damage
Insufficient refueling
Exclusion method:
Timely send to the small repair station for disassembly, washing or replacement of necessary parts
Replace the piston
Don’t refuel too much at once, but refuel frequently
3. Normal impact but reduced or uneven drill speed
Reason: Wear of rotating mechanism parts and increased clearance

4. Insufficient water supply
reason:
The center hole of the water needle or drill bit is blocked
Insufficient length of water needle
Broken drill tail, water needle broken or piled up

Inspect and repair the water supply pipeline to remove any contaminants
Check the drill holes and water needles, and replace them promptly if they are not breathable
5. The rock drill operates normally, but the drilling speed decreases
reason:
The drill bit and blade have been worn down
Excessive moisture in the compressed air causes water to flow into the cylinder
Improper length of brazing tail
Shoulder misalignment
Exclusion method:
Send it for grinding and replacement of drill bits
Timely release the water from the compressed air duct bend
Strengthen drilling and cleaning with water and air, replace rubber pads
Replace with qualified drill bits first
